For the fall, we are looking for 2-3 interns in addition to the one already here this semester. Work will primarily involve creating trees and plants with SpeedTree, a software product created by IDV that has been chosen by top game development firms around the world to help in the creation of their next game titles. SpeedTree is the finest foliage solution for real-time games ever developed. No one disputes this claim, and the list of customers and what they say about us backs it up. Check out our website, www.idvinc.com, to learn more about who’s using it and what the product consists of.

Internship candidates should have experience with Photoshop and a high comfort level with general computer use. Interest in video games, experience with 3D or advanced graphics software and knowledge of trees and plants are all pluses.
High-end, graphics intensive computers will be available for the interns’ use.

The internship will require 150 hours per work and take place entirely at our offices on
378/Sunset Blvd in Lexington. There is no deadline for completing the internship, but all successful interns have completed their hours within four months.

This is an unpaid internship.

Speedtree welcomes calls and emails about the internship.
